Two charged with murder

THE body of a teenage girl buried in the foundations of house in Northern Ireland had been dismembered. Sylvia Fleming, 17, had been missing from her home in Omagh, Co Tyrone for nearly a month. A 26-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy are due to appear in court today charged with murder. Two other people have been charged in connection with the girl's death.
