Paul Staples, 39, of Marlow, Buckinghamshire, was awarded pounds 95,000 damages at the High Court in Winchester after falling off the Cobb in Lyme Regis, Dorset, and breaking his leg. He claimed West Dorset District Council failed to warn the public of the danger.
