An estimated 25,000 people joined an aerobic work-out for charity at stadiums in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Sheffield. Among charities expected to benefit are the Royal Marsden Children's Cancer Unit Appeal, the British Heart Foundation, the Cancer Relief MacMillan Fund and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
