An emergency meeting of British Airways cabin staff at Gatwick and Heathrow rejected a call to strike tomorrow in protest at a plan to reorganise domestic services. Crews in Belfast have already voted to ignore the strike instruction from the transport union, and a BA spokesman said it was hoped that crews in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow would follow suit.
