A husband and wife were killed when their Cessna light aircraft crashed on approach to Booker airfield, near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

A British Airways flight from Birmingham to Faro in Portugal turned back after the windscreen cracked at 33,000 ft. The aircraft landed safely.
