Appeal adjourned
(First Edition)
An application for leave to appeal by three men convicted of murder after a gang terrorised people living near the M25 was adjourned until June yesterday. No date was set for the hearing. Michael Davis, 25, Raphael Rowe, 24, and Randolph Johnson, 27 - dubbed the 'M25 three' by campaigners for their release - were jailed for life at the Old Bailey in March 1990 for murder.
