AN Argentine Navy training ship is to join the Dartmouth Royal Regatta, one of the Royal Navy's most prestigious events, later this month. The Ministry of Defence said the inclusion of the three-masted sailing ship Libertad was 'an important step in forging new relations between the two countries'.
