Two men, aged 30 and 34, from Wrexham in north Wales, have been charged with the murder of John Hill, 67, who was killed by a rocket fired at the end of Wednesday night's Wales World Cup soccer match at Cardiff Arms Park. They will appear before Cardiff magistrates today. Two other men were released without charge.

Mr Hill, of Merthyr Tydfil, mid-Glamorgan, was killed outright when struck by the rocket, which can travel at 400mph.
