Asthma study

Fears that more people are dying from asthma may be exaggerated, a report in the British Medical Journal says. A study of 21 patients reported to have died of asthma over 10 years in west Cumbria showed only six had clear evidence of the complaint and asthma was established as the definite cause of death in only one patient.
