James Hennessey, a Christie's porter, cleaning a mirror in preparation for a sale of furniture, works of art, porcelain and textiles going back 150 years at Raby Castle, Co Durham. The auction, next Monday and Tuesday, is expected to raise pounds 500,000 towards renovations.
