The Independent and Personnel Today launched the fourth British Recruitment Advertising Awards yesterday. The awards, which recognise and reward excellence in recruitment advertising, will be presented at Grosvenor House, London, in January. Entry is open to any company, agency or individual placing an advertisement to recruit personnel in the period 1 December 1991 to 27 November 1992. The sponsors are Rank Xerox (UK), Hunterskil, Capital Radio and the Business and Technology Council.
