BRITISH AIRWAYS cabin crews on British and European short- haul routes have voted for a series of one-day strikes in a dispute over pay and conditions. The decision, yet to be authorised by Bill Morris, general secretary of their union, the TGWU, follows a 53.2 per cent majority in a ballot for strike action.
