A HOSPITAL is investigating why a stillborn baby was buried without her parents' permission. Tracy Turner, 22, gave birth to Danielle at Bishop Auckland General Hospital, Co Durham. After being told that a post-mortem was to be carried out, she was informed the baby had been buried.
