A car stolen with a baby inside near the spot where James Bulger was abducted in Bootle, Merseyside, was found within 19 minutes. Kyle Elder, aged one, had a scratched neck where the thief had seized a chain. His father said: 'I don't think the thieves saw him and stopped - the car was out of petrol.'
