A man was accused of murdering his three-month-old daughter although a coroner decided that she had died accidentally, the Old Bailey was told.
Nicholas Flynn, 20, of Camberley, Surrey, was accused by John Hilton QC, for the prosecution, of giving Nicola 'a heavy crushing blow', fracturing her ribs and rupturing her liver in July 1990.
