A schoolgirl who agreed to take part in the BBC's Kilroy discussion show to describe how she had been bullied at school, was instead falsely accused on air of being a bully herself, the Broadcasting Complaints Commission found in a report published today.

The show wrongly linked Emma Johnston, from Swindon, to the death of another unconnected schoolgirl who had killed herself after being bullied.
