IRELAND'S Director of Public Prosecutions has ordered the arrest of Susan O'Keeffe, the journalist whose allegations on Granada Television led to the setting up of a public inquiry into the country's beef processing industry. The order was made on contempt of court charges after Ms O'Keeffe refused to disclose her sources.
