Jennifer Bligh Innes, 45, a descendant of Captain William Bligh, of mutiny on the Bounty fame, won a High Court battle against Stephen Walters, a Bligh enthusiast, over ownership of a 1782 portrait of the seaman's wife worth an estimated pounds 40,000.
