CONOR Edward Mary Downey, 24, a machine operator, of Woking, Surrey, will appear tomorrow at Brent magistrates' court, north London, charged with the murder of a woman whose dismembered body was found dumped in plastic bags five years ago.

Police last night appealed for anyone who knows of a woman who disappeared in March 1988 from Dyne Road, Kilburn, to help them identify the victim.
