Martin McNamee, a 25-year-old plumber from Swatragh, Co Londonderry, Northern Ireland, was killed by a bomb at a house near Cookstown, Co Tyrone. It was thought loyalist terrorists were to blame, and their intended victim was the house owner, a Catholic on bail charged with a minor terrorist offence.
