Born again

Rumours about his death forced Bob Tarvet, 49, a pub landlord of Cleethorpes, Humberside, to put an advertisement in his local newspaper to say he was alive. He said he thought the rumours were funny until his wife received condolence cards and a country and western band cancelled a performanace as a mark of respect.
