A 10-year-old boy was remanded into the care of Devon County Council accused of unlawfully taking or carrying away a baby, and with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent. The baby, who was taken from a pram outside a residential centre in Plymouth, was 'poorly but comfortable' in hospital.
