DETECTIVES are investigating after Adnon Butt, five, was thrown on to a bonfire in Duddeston, Birmingham, by three youths. In Cambridgeshire, a 17-year-old was helping police with inquiries after a teacher, Richard Westbrooke, 50, died trying to stop a fight at a fireworks display.
