Two boys aged 16 and 17 were charged with causing grievous bodily harm and a 13-year- old girl was released into the custody of her parents after a man suffered facial injuries and a broken leg. He had gone to a neighbour's home in Portsmouth, Hampshire, when he feared a possible break-in.
