A mentally ill man who wanted to live at Broadmoor Hospital stabbed a care worker at a hostel in Oxford to get his wish. John Rous, 48, who admitted that if he had not killed Jonathan Newby, 22, last October, he would have killed someone else, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court to an unlimited time in Broadmoor.
