The captain of the dredger involved in the Marchioness disaster that killed 51 people has been suspended from his latest vessel after allegedly being drunk on duty. Douglas Henderson - cleared of blame over the 1989 tragedy on the river Thames involving the Bowbelle - faces a disciplinary inquiry.
