Cardinal Hume leads Benedictines in service to mark order's links to 900-year-old Winchester Cathedral
Benedictine monks and nuns check seating arrangements for lunch after a service forming part of the celebrations to mark the 900th anniversary of Winchester Cathedral, where followers of St Benedict formed a community until Henry VIII dissolved the monastries in 1538. The sermon was preached by Cardinal Basil Hume.
