Charities Update: Shopping with heart

If you have forgotten to send someone a Christmas present or are wondering what to give a friend whose birthday is just after Christmas, then the Charities Aid Foundation's new charity gift vouchers are worth considering. In denominations of pounds 10, pounds 25 or pounds 50, the vouchers are intended to be given to a charity of the recipient's choice. The charity must be either registered with the Charities Commission or be Inland Revenue approved; the CAF double checks the organisation's charitable status before processing the money.
