Two brothers found dead in a London penthouse were officially identified as Zaurbekovich Outsiev, 38, and Nazarbek Zaurbekovich Outsiev, 20. They were in a delegation from the republic of Chechenya. Two Russians were remanded in custody last week charged with their murder.
