Campaign groups for lone parents have sent an open letter to the Prime Minister threatening to withdraw support for the Child Support Agency if changes are made to help absent fathers. The National Council for One Parent Families and Gingerbread claim any alterations to calculations of maintenence is calculated must be balanced by some benefit to the lone parent.
