A THREE-YEAR-OLD boy was killed in a shotgun accident involving his elder brother. Alastair Gemmell was found dead in a bedroom at their home in Auchinleck, Strathclyde. His 13- year-old brother was apparently cleaning their father's shotgun when the weapon went off.

A police spokesman said it appeared to be a 'very tragic incident rather than a criminal act'.
