Two directors and an employee of a clamping company face charges of obtaining money by deception. Paul Stedman and Paul Goodison, directors of Roadrunner Security, from Ruislip, west London, and Simon Timpson are due to appear in court at High Wycombe on 25 April.

The charge for drivers whose vehicles are towed away for illegal parking rises by pounds 10 to pounds 105 from Monday.
