David Griffiths, 47, of Colwyn Bay, north Wales, was cleared of murdering a former neighbour he alleged was involved in satanic child abuse. Mr Griffiths had nearly died in a 52-day protest hunger strike. Ken McAllister, 42, was battered to death with an iron bar, Mold Crown Court was told.
