Commons to debate revived Asylum Bill

MPs WILL debate the Government's motion paving the way for Committee Stage discussion of the European Communities (Amendment) Bill - which will ratify the Maastricht treaty - on Wednesday.

On Monday, the Commons will debate the Second Reading of the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Bill, which restricts the rights of people trying to enter the country to visit relatives, or to study. On Friday, MPs will consider the Bingham Report on the collapse of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International.
