An Army corporal who attacked three recruits for not paying attention and failing locker inspections was ordered to be jailed for eight months.

At his court martial, Cpl Keith Ross, 31, of the Light Infantry, was found guilty of causing actual bodily harm, ill-treatment, and of conduct prejudicial to military discipline. He faces dismissal.
