Lee Staines, 18, of Bletchley, Buckinghamshire, was remanded in custody charged with causing death by dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking, driving while disqualified, and having no insurance. The charges relate to a crash on Wednesday in which a 15-year-old girl was killed.
