A drink-driver who killed his fiancee in a crash was jailed for 18 months. Adrian Costello, 25, of Romford, Essex, was more than twice over the drink-drive limit when he hit a wall in east London, killing Adrienne Wheelan, 26, instantly. He admitted causing death by carelesss driving.
