CCTV footage shows man stabbed during brawl outside London nightclub

The incident took place outside Scala nightclub in Camden.

CCTV footage has been released showing the moment a man was knocked to the ground before he was stamped on and stabbed during a mass brawl outside Scala nightclub in North London.

Scotland Yard said the victim, a 26-year-old man, was stabbed in the shoulder and was left needing hospital treatment.

A 28-year-old woman who attempted to stop the melee was punched in the face, leading her to fall to the floor and hitting her head on the pavement in the process.

She suffered a black eye and a broken leg in the attack.

The incident took place on 1 September 2015 and the police are seeking two men in connection with the violence.

The first man, who officers believe was involved in the stabbing, is described as a light skinned black man, aged about 20 years old, of stocky build, with short hair dark hair.

The second man, who police believe punched the woman is described as a black man, aged about 20 years old. He wore a black jacket and light blue jeans.
