Scotland Yard last night charged a man with the murder of the wealthy Asian businessman Amarjit Chohan, 46, who went missing with his family in February.

The man, 38, who has not been named, was arrested on Wednesday and is due to appear at West London Magistrates' Court today.

Mr Chohan's body was found in the sea near Bournemouth pier last month. Before being dumped in the sea, Mr Chohan suffered a violent death, police believe.

His wife Nancy, 25, his two young sons Devinder and Ravinder and his mother-in-law Charanjit Kaur, 51, are still missing.
