A doctor has been charged with 118 sexual offences, according to Scotland Yard.
Manish Shah, a GP from east London, is accused of multiple sex crimes, including one count of sexual assault on a child under the age of 13.
The 47-year-old, of Brunel Close in Romford, is also facing 52 allegations of sexual assault and 65 counts of assault by penetration, police said.
He was due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 31 August.
Police did not release any further details about the nature of the allegations or the alleged victims.
