The funeral of the murdered landscape architect Jo Yeates has been held in the Hampshire village where she grew up. The service was at St Mark's Church in Ampfield, which is where she was christened.

Ms Yeates, 25, was found dead by dog walkers on Christmas Day, eight days after going missing from her home in Bristol.

The wicker coffin carrying her body was adorned with flowers. Behind it were her parents David and Theresa Yeates. The service was followed by a private burial.

Vincent Tabak, 32, a Dutch engineer, has been charged with her murder and will stand trial in October.
