A woman has suffered injuries after falling "from height" and three men have been stabbed during a fight in London.

Police officers were called to Empire Square East in Southwark at 10.12am on Sunday.

They found the woman “with injuries reportedly sustained from a fall from height”, according to a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.

She was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital.

One man was found near the scene with a stab injury. He was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital.

Two other men, who also had stab wounds, were detained near the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

They were later taken to hospital, as was a woman who is being treated for shock.

“None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening,” the spokesperson said.

A crime scene has been put in place at the site, which is near Borough Underground Station.
