Man, 73, in court accused of killing son

A frail 73-year-old man appeared at the Old Bailey today accused of killing his son.

Ossie James, of Brockill Crescent, Brockley, south London, was charged with murdering Joseph James, 44, of Deptford, south London, who was stabbed to death in February.

James, who walked with the aid of a stick, was remanded in custody to another hearing next month
