Man in court over Stansted hoax bomb call

A 40-year-old man was remanded in custody yesterday after appearing in court charged with making a hoax bomb threat to Stansted airport.

Paul Jackson from Blackburn is alleged to have warned a van with explosives on board was on its way to the airport. He will appear in court again tomorrow.
