Teenager on hack charge

A teenager has been charged with hacking into the Serious and Organised Crime Agency website.

Jake Davis, 18, of Shetland, is accused of gaining unauthorised access to a computer system, encouraging or assisting offences and two counts of conspiracy to commit offences.

He faces one further charge of conspiring to carry out a distributed denial of service attack.

He is to appear at City of Westminster magistrates' court today.
