Three men arrested in connection with a warehouse blaze which claimed the lives of four firefighters have been released after questioning, police said today.

The men, aged 42, 52 and 54 and all from south Warwickshire, were arrested yesterday on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter and offences under the Health and Safety at Work Act.

A spokesman for Warwickshire Police said the men had been granted police bail pending further inquiries into the fatal blaze at a vegetable packing plant in Atherstone-on-Stour in 2007.

Three other men who were arrested in February in connection with the fire remain on police bail.
