A father-of-two hanged himself after receiving demands from the Child Support Agency. Police said the body of Jim McKay, 35, was found hanging from the attic hatch in his house in Rutherglen, Glasgow, after lying undiscovered for four weeks.
CSA demands for maintenance payments were found on the living room table. His brother Edward, 39, claimed the agency's demands would have left his brother with pounds 12 a week.
