Dennis Barratt, 27, whose girlfriend Melanie Douglas, 24, gave birth to their baby while she was in a coma after an accident, was granted temporary care of the seven-week-old girl at the High Court. Marie Langley, Ms Douglas' mother, had said Mr Barratt was not ready for fatherhood.
