A damning report on child protection following the murder of three-year-old Leanne White says there are 'serious weaknesses' in the system in Nottinghamshire and contains 88 recommendations for the county's social services chiefs. Leanne was found to have 107 separate injuries. Her mother's boyfriend was given a life sentence for murder and her mother is serving 10 years for manslaughter.
