Craig Allen, 29, who ran a family drugs empire from a pay phone in a police cell block while he was on remand, was jailed for 12 years at Leeds Crown Court. Allen, from Sheffield, admitted conspiracy to supply drugs, possessing heroin with intent to supply, conspiracy to commit burglary and escaping from custody. His parents were among 14 other defendants who admitted drugs-related offences.
